How to Buy & Order Forms

We treasure the relationship with customers built through selling directly.

We sell directly to customers:

	To eliminate the mark up by retail outlets, so that customers can buy at the lowest price
	To minimize the packaging materials of the product for conserving the environment (Selling through retail outlets usually requires elaborate packaging to attract the attention of customers.)
	Through our "zero packaging" program, we encourage the customers to bring their own reusable bags to collect the products upon delivery, so that we would take back all the plastic bags, papers or boxes that the customers do not want to keep.

How to Place an Order

Call (852) 3188 1375 to place an order, or fill in the details of your order in the order form and fax it to (852) 3188 5755:

We would deliver the product to you according to the following methods:

For orders equal to or more than HK$1,000, you may choose either one of the following:

i.	Free hand delivery or mail delivery, depending which way is more cost effective. Please supply us both your home and office address, so that we can pick the one with minimum delivery costs.
ii.	Pick up the product yourself from our "Free Pick Up" locations.

Re:	For orders above HK$500 in specific districts – We offer free hand delivery to homes / offices in specific districts that are close to our office or where our staff frequently visits.

For orders less than HK$1,000, you may choose either one of the following:

i.	Pick up the product yourself from our "Free Pick Up" locations.
ii.	Pay a small mailing fee for mail delivery.

Zero Packaging Program

For hand delivery and delivery at "Free Pick Up" locations, you are invited to join our zero packaging program.You will bring your own bag to collect the products. For all the packaging materials that you do not want to keep, we would collect them back. You are welcome to keep any packaging materials that you find useful. In this way, we hope that as little waste as possible is resulted in distribution. (more info)
